When we find ourselves disillusioned by the natural world around us in contemporary life—a nature that has either disappeared or been destroyed—we can return to the image of nature shaped within our minds and begin to create a new narrative. The result is an image that can take on an independent identity in the mind of each viewer, allowing every form to acquire new layers of meaning. The interplay of imagination and reality is a defining characteristic of the works presented here. This collection emerges from the artists’ encounters with their surroundings. Through observation, understanding, and the transformation of these experiences within their subconscious minds, the artists enter the realm of imagination to create their works. In doing so, they seek to bring these mental reconstructions to life, inviting the audience to accompany them on this evolving journey.
